Job Details & Responsibilities 1)    Maintain day- to-day accounting & banking operations. a)     Booking of Purchase/Sales Invoice /Journals entries, Receipts & Payment entries & Ledger maintenance in ERP software. b)    Preparation of cheques, online payments of vendors & utility bills. c)     Handling petty cash, preparing vouchers, filing documents etc. d)    Bank reconciliation, reconcile general ledgers, accounts payables and receivables. 2)    To prepare rental invoices & reconciling rental payments with invoice & leave & license agreement. 3)    Investment accounting for purchase & redemption of stocks and reconcile with holding statements. 4)    Assist in preparation of direct & indirect tax computations and returns. 5)    Assist with month end/year end closings & audit process. 6)    Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and principles. 7)    Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process. 8)    Basic Knowledge of Export documents & banking facilities. 9)    Should have knowledge of statutory payments & returns of Income tax, TDS, GST, ROC etc. 10)            Knowledge of Investment Accounting will be an added advantage. 11)            Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadline. 12)            Ability to learn quickly and apply that knowledge.
