JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -   1)    Overall responsible for Managing & Monitoring Accounts, Costing, Taxation, Finance, HR functions.  2)    Daily Closely Monitoring of Bill Booking. 3)    Responsible for Bank Reconciliation & Payments. 4)    Handling Bank Credit Facilities (Term Loan, OD, CC), Fund Transfer (NEFT & RTGS), TT, PC, LC & BG Margin. 5)    Analysis and Scrutiny of General Ledger, Customer Ledger, Supplier Ledger, Sub Ledger and Trial Balance. 6)    Audit of Invoices (Purchase & Sale), Bank Receipts, Bank Payments, Debit Notes, Credit Notes, Journal Vouchers, Scrutiny of Debtors & Creditors with ageing wise Analysis, Party Account Reconciliation & Confirmation. 7)    Manage all Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Inventory Management. 8)    Prepare Tax Plans and Ensure Timely Assessment and Filing of Direct & Indirect Taxation with Statutory Compliances. 9)    Responsible for VAT, Excise, Service tax, Income tax. 10)           Compliances of Legal Requirement by Company. Timely & Appropriate Payment of Statutory Dues (GST/ TDS/TCS, VAT/CST, ST, Excise, PF, ESIC, PT & MLWF) as well as Filing of Periodic Returns. Ensuring Timely GST/ TDS/TCS Deposit, Monthly GST Return. Quarterly & Annual E-TDS Return Filling and Issue of TDS/TCS Certificate. 11)           Preparation the Annual Budgets, Projected Financial Statement, CMA Data 12)           Salary & Wages Process, Payment of Employees (Bonus, LTA, Leave Pay, Gratuity, Superannuation's, Reimbursement-Conveyance, Books and Periodical, Telephone Expense, etc.)

CTC Offer	-	Up to 10 Lakhs / P.A. (Negotiable for Deserving Candidate)
