Job Purpose-
We are looking for
a person to drive continuous improvement and optimization of all processes in
sales Department.
Job Details & Responsibilities
1) Provide accurate, valid and complete
information by using the right methods/tools.
2)
Handle
customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within
the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
3)
Keep
records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file
documents.
4)
Study
the order received and convert it in clean order
5)
Generate
internal order no.
6)
Updating
Order tracker.
7)
Follow
up with production and purchase team for order status
8)
Making
quotation with appropriate calculation.
9)
Making
invoice and delivery challan
10)
Receipt
of payment and update the status
11)
Coordinate
sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating
relevant information
Requisite Skills:
1) Reaching and analyzing sales options.

Sale
product by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects,

Recommending
solutions.
4)
Maintaining
quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
5)
Maintain
relationship with clients by providing support, information and guidance.
