Job Details & Responsibilities   1)    Design to be made for the moulds. 2)    Drawings to be made for the product given. 3)    To prepare drawing of new samples received from the customers and to execute the project till commercial production. 4)    To make sure all Mould are properly stored 5)    Periodically carry out Mould maintenance 6)    Inspection of Product 7)    To Control Quality 8)    Knowledge of Measuring Instruments 9)    To control customer complaints 10)            Ability to quickly identify typical welding defects. 11)            Maintain the machines of Tool Room section. 12)            Maintain adequate stock of critical spare parts.
