Job Title	-	Production Manager
Job Details & Responsibilities ·        Achieve cost effective production consistently. ·        Achieve 100% target vs. actual demand. ·        Ensure planned production achieve as per requirement ·        Monthly raw material planning as per given schedule by customer ·        Monthly machine capacity planning as per customer schedule. ·        Lean manufacturing techniques. ·        All resource planning to achieve target and control of all resource.Participates in Trials of new molds . ·        Daily rejection analysis and take preventive and corrective action. ·        Ensuring that the production is cost effective. ·        Develop and track improvement in reduction of planned production hours. ·        Coordinate, set up and implement standard operating procedure for all production operations. ·        Must have a knowledge of 4M management. ·        Ensure production for timely completion against schedules ·        Ensure effective implementation quality / EMS / OSHAH systems. ·        Track competencies of all subordinates and provide leadership, training and development as required to achieve the objectives. ·        Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed. ·        Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs. ·        Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through implementation of change management process and best practices like Lean / Kaizen / 5S ·        Coordinating with all departments. ·        Action plan of KPI. ·        Must have a in-depth knowledge of Injection molding. ·        Daily production team performance review. ·        Daily dispatch review and dispatch planning. ·        Improvements in processes & planning, ·        Responsible for implementation of EMS & OHSAS system ·        As safety committee member responsible for organizational safety. ·        Site controller of emergency preparedness program. ·        Member of KAIZEN committee. Authority: ·        Production team gate pass sign authority. ·        Manpower leaves allow authority. ·        Off load production planning authority as pr requirement. ·        Operator selection authority. ·        FG stock and raw material stock review authority. About the company: a)  Company was established by our MD Mr. xyz in 1992. b)  In 1993, we started our “Tool Room” facility in Charkop, Kandivali(W). Catering to White Good Industries. c)  From 1999, we shifted our focus to “Automobile” sector starting with injection molding facility. d)  In 2011, we started our Injection Molding facility in Daman. e)  In 2013, changed our company legal status from partnership firm to “XYZ  Private Limited”. f)  In 2014, we expanded our Injection Molding facility at 2 different locations : g)  Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabadted  started catering as indirect supply to Ford. Recently Tata & Suzuki Motors Private Limited have added us as tier II supplier. h) Chakan, Pune- started catering as indirect supply to Mahindra & VW. Recently FCA Jeep as well as Ford added us as tier II supplier. i) We are ISO 9001:2008 certified for ‘Tool Room’ & TS 16949 for both of our Injection Molding facility. j)  We have Total 3 Units  k)  Mumbai , Pune Chankan , Ahemadabad Sanand
