Job Title	-	Production Supervisor
Job Responsibility & Description- 1)    Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule 2)    Ensuring that the production is cost-effective, coordinating with purchase and accounts dept  3)    Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality 4)    Allocation of manpower and resources towards each project 5)    Drafting a timescale for the job; reviews in case of delays. 6)    Estimating purchase costs and setting the quality standards 7)    Monitoring the production processes on a day to day basis and adjusting schedules as needed 8)    Being responsible for the selection and maintenance of equipment, and the job finished by workers. 9)    Monitoring product standards and implementing quality-control programs as per company rules and standard. 10)           Liaising among different departments, e.g. suppliers, managers; 11)           Working with managers to implement the company policies and goals; 12)           Ensuring that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times on the shop floor. 13)           Supervising and motivating a team of workers; 14)           Reviewing worker performance on a weekly basis/project basis. 15)           Identifying training needs. Types of Experience: 1)    Should have deep knowledge about machine industry 2)    Should be able to work with solidwork software (Ref only no redesigning) 3)    Should be proficient in M.S office and drafting emails. 4)    Should be able to manage production team of 30 to 50 people. 5)    Should have an honest and open mind towards learning new skills and people management.
