Note: 1)  Candidate should have experience in Pharma Packaging Plastic Production - Injection & Blow Moulding  Job Purpose           Responsible to oversee our production operations and ensure manufacturing remains a smooth and efficient process by ensuring quality, monitoring employees, and organizing workflows and achieving production targets. Major Duties & Responsibilities: 1)    Execution of daily, weekly / monthly production plan. 2)    To Coordinate with maintenance department for breakdown or maintenance of machine. 3)    To train the operator/helpers on related activities. 4)    To identify and procure resource requirements in production area. 5)    To assist Production Manager to take corrective and preventive actions based on test and customer complaints. 6)    To co-ordinate with area supervisor of other department for related activities. 7)    To check the documents of production department. 8)    Process control and documentation of production related activities. 9)    To check the GMP effectiveness & housekeeping in production area. 10)           To train the operator / helpers on related activities. Co-ordination with QA for maintaining BMR. 11)           To assist Production manager in the up gradation and new equipment’s in the plant. 12)           To identify the needs of training among the production area workman and impart the training. 13)           To carry out statistical techniques and implement them.
