Job Details & Responsibilities  

1)    We are looking a good looking, hardworking  smart & efficient candidate with a good & stable track record.

2)    Fluency in English Speaking & writing is a must.

3)    The candidate will provide administrative support to office, accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling emails, maintaining office stationary etc.

4)    Preparing statutory accounts.

5)    Calculating & checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.

6)    Make ESIC,PF,MSEB etc & other payments, on-line.

7)    Prepare basic Computation of Salary & send to HO.

8)    Make Salary payments to workers,

9)    Sending offer letters & appointment letters etc to selected candidates, arrange CV’s for any new recruitment etc.

10)           Maintain discipline in office.

11)           Coordinate with vendors for office work.

12)           Assist seniors in other administrative work & carry out any other task as assigned form time to time.

13)           Knowledge of Computer Networking, computer hardware & software is a must.

14)           Assist seniors in other administrative work & carry out any other task as assigned form time to time.

Job Details & Responsibilities  

1)    Responsible for the Procurement of all raw material required as per purchase order, client specification & applicable Standard

2)    Responsible for purchase of maintenance Spares, Machineries, and Consumables item etc.

3)    Take out the process for the Supplier registration, supplier assessment, Supplier Performance and evaluation as define in QMS

4)    Take all necessary action against the rejections of the inward materials

5)    Carrying Out all the Store & Purchase Activities & Responsible for any kind of changes in the purchase & Store process as per the requirements

6)    Managing the daily receipt and purchasing of goods, their storage and any required issue resolution

7)    Ensure timely and accurate administration and maintenance of purchasing services, as well as workload management of both stores and purchasing’s needs

8)    Negotiating with identified suppliers, providing authoritative and reviewing and monitoring supplies and supplier performance to maintain adequate levels of supply

9)    Carrying out all the necessary documentation of purchase and Store & Reporting to the Top Management Directly

10)           Responsible to maintain the minimum stock level & Taking all the necessary actions on the requirement as per client specification or as per purchase order

11)           Implementing processes to maintain stock, undertaking stock takes and managing stock holdings

12)           Participate in continuous improvement activities relating to purchasing and store/inventory practices and procedures

13)           Develop and maintain effective working relationships with a range of customers, and suppliers in order to facilitate efficient delivery of goods and services to client

14)           Perform supplier audit

15)           To Maintain critical & non-critical supplier list
