Job Title	-	Design Engineer (Unigraphics Software)
·        Design to be made for the moulds.  ·        Drawings to be made for the product given. ·        To assign the jobs to Tool Room Mechanics and to follow up the progress. ·        To attend the repair of machines / equipment. ·        To maintain the machines of Tool Room section. ·        To prepare drawing of new samples received from the customers and to execute the project till commercial production. ·        To follow-up, the fabrication work if given to 3rd party, as per design / delivery schedule. ·        To maintain adequate stock of critical spare parts. ·        To prepare yearly shutdown preventive maintenance schedule and follow up by co-ordination with production. ·        To follow-up for the schedule inspection / checkup of all fighting Equipment’s. ·        To participate in MRM and to take corrective steps as discussed. ·        To make sure all Mould are properly stored. ·        Periodically carry out Mould maintenance. Note – Same Product Experience Most preferable  (Caps, Closures, gel Applicators, Dropper bottles, Dropper caps, etc.)

Job Purpose: We are looking for a Purchasing Executive to buy products that are essential for our company’s day-to-day operations and review prices and quality and ensure optimal stock levels. Major Details & Responsibilities   1)    Material procurement 2)    Research for new potential suppliers and Evaluation and selection of suppliers based on sound norms and standards & negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals (in terms of price, quality, service, credit term etc) 3)    Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers. 4)    Negotiate with existing suppliers for increasing discounts & cost-effective deals. 5)    Negotiate with transporter for freight charges. 6)    Track Order & Timely availability of material & Ensuring production goes uninterruptedly. 7)    Review quality of purchased products. 8)    Enter order details (e.g., vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases. 9)    Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices. 10)           Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses. 11)           Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed. 12)           Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage. 13)           Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up to date with industry trends. 14)           Conducting Market Research to keep abreast of trends & opportunities & monitor supply market about price, product availability & suppliers. 15)           Securing supply chain & Maintain suitable sources of supply & also develop alternative sources of supply to meet emergencies. 16)           Ensuring Shorter lead time & Zero-defect rate. 17)           Prepare Purchase Order and ensuring 100% accuracy. 18)           Proper verification of supplier invoice with the PO copy & ensuring NO error. 19)           Sharing required documents to the Accounts team for payment. 20)           Monitoring if any material rejected and returning of the same on a timely basis and making sure NO accumulation of rejected material in plant. 21)           Defining procurement strategy and structure & Development and maintenance of policies and processes 22)           Establishing professional & long-term relationship with supplier & build favorable image in the business circle.
