Job Title	-	PURCHASE MANAGER
1)   Must have Good Work Experience in Domestic & Imports JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1)    Design, plan and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies 2)    Work with suppliers, manufacturers and internal departments 3)    Maintain a database of approved suppliers 4)    Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors 5)    Negotiate lower pricing 6)    Search and source potential suppliers and vendors 7)    Track, measure and analyse company expenditures 8)    Determine and track KPIs 9)    Provide reports for upper management 10)Adhere to laws, rules and regulations 11)Prepare all pre & post document of Import Custom clearance documents, like as preparation of bill of entry Checklist, Shipping bill checklist, online filling bill of entry and shipping bill, coordination with shipping line, collecting charges from Shipping line and CFS, scrutiny of all the documents, verifying correct BTN/Classification of the import goods, checking proper duty structure etc. 12) Approval of bill of entry checklist and filling bill of entry 13)Follow up with forwarders taking arrival details, IGM/ ITEM, Shipping line charges etc. 14) Follow up with forwarders for arrival of container in CFS and payments 15)Coordination with internal departments 16)Prepare and Send the documents to CHA for custom clearance and coordination with group for assessment. The documents to CHA for filing of Bill of entry and give approval for the same. 17)Follow with accounts department for duty payment and other related charges for custom clearance. 18) Arrange delivery order and custom clearance. 19)Arrangement of transporter. 20)Sending Daily status report
