Note - We required candidate who is Able to do handle  100 % below job Profile , Please do not apply if you not sure 100 % for below job profile JOB DETAILS 1)    Candidate should have thorough knowledge of handling & managing Powder coating plant. 2)    Should have thorough knowledge of Pre-treatment of materials for MS-HR/CR, GI etc. 3)    Candidate should be able to handle multiple vendors. 4)    if candidate has set-up knowledge of powder coating plant it will be an added advantage. 5)    Thorough knowledge of pre-treatment chemicals & different powder coating process. 6)    Candidate will be responsible to handle & train man-power for powder coating & pre-treatment. 7)    Overall responsibility of powder coating plant, packing & labelling. 8)    Candidate should be well versed with IS & ASTM standards used for powder coating & pre-treatment. 9)    Must have knowledge of 2-wheeler Driving

Job Title	-	PRODUCTION PLANNING MANAGER
Note - We required candidate who is Able to do handle  100 % below job Profile , Please do not apply if you not sure 100 % for below job profile JOB DETAILS 1)    Candidate will be completely & directly responsible for all above departments. 2)    The candidate should have thorough knowledge & hands-on-experience in Sheet metal working & all its manufacturing process. 3)    The candidate should have working knowledge of Shearing machines, Mechanical/NC/CNC press brakes, Turret punch press, its tooling & machine setting. 4)    Knowledge & working experience in cold Roll forming operations will be an added advantage.   5)    Along with other machines like Mechanical Power presses, welding & fabrication of small & large sheet metal components. 6)    Jigs & fixtures. 7)    Candidate should have good understanding of drawings. 8)    Candidate will be responsible to make detailed production plan in Gantt chart, based on work orders. 9)    The production plan should be planned based on department wise & machine wise. 10)           One of the other core activities is improvement of production process, reduction in wastage, implement ISO & other processes for quality & productivity improvement. 11)           Manage, handle & train manpower/workmens. 12)           Co-ordinate & Manage vendors for job work of components and tools & dies. 13)           Check inventory & update the Works manager/ Purchase dept./Stores for any shortages & provide information on which material to be used for which work order. 14)           Prepare raw material consumption sheets for stores department, with details of item codes & qty. 15)           Update production plan on day to day basis. 16)           Plan raw material requirement & prepare Purchase requisitions for purchase department. 17)           Any other work assigned by the works manager. 18)           2-wheeler is must.
