Job Title	-	Sales Coordinator - Asst. Manager
Job Profile We are looking for an experienced and well organised sales Co-ordinator to provide the necessary support to the field sales team & back office, direct & indirect sales. The successful candidate will become the point of reference for colleagues & customers alike, by keeping schedules and providing feedback, documentation & information. The candidate should be sincere & dedicated with good communication, Written & oral English & inter personal skills for pan India sales co-ordination profile. Candidate should be well organised and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving.  - Daily supervision of sales staff  - Deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers & prospective customers  - Develop & maintain digital marketing strategies & implementation, maintain direct mail campaigns, advertising schedules, sales budget,exbitions, conferences and related activity.  - prepare & maintain all types of sales/quotation records, etc  - Deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers & prospective customers  - Provide technical support to customers & engineers to assess system needs & to determine storage systems requirements  - Secure & renew orders & arrange delivery.  - Plan & suggest products that exactly meet customer needs  - Participate in commercial negotiations.  - Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy & timelines  - Represent company at trade shows & conferences across India.  - Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events  - Government Tender
Location	-	Vasai Dhumal Nagar / Goregaon West Ram Mandir Road
Salary Offer	-	30-35k post covid, when industry gets back to normal. Till such time salary will be Rs. 20-25k

Job Profile 1)      To attend the repair of machines / equipment. 2)     Design to be made for the molds. 3)     Drawings to be made for the product given. 4)     To assign the jobs to Tool Room Mechanics and to follow up the progress. 5)     To maintain the machines of Tool Room section. 6)     To prepare drawing of new samples received from the customers and to execute the project till commercial production. 7)     To follow-up, the fabrication work if given to 3rd party, as per design / delivery schedule. 8)     To maintain adequate stock of critical spare parts. 9)     To prepare yearly shutdown preventive maintenance schedule and follow up by co-ordination with production. 10)To follow-up for the schedule inspection / checkup of all fighting Equipment’s. 11)To participate in MRM and to take corrective steps as discussed. 12)To make sure all MOLD is properly stored. 13)Periodically carry out MOLD maintenance.
