JOB PROFILE
1) We are looking a good looking, hardworking smart & efficient candidate with good & stable track record. 2) Fluency in English Speaking & writing is a must. 3) The candidate will provide administrative support to office, accountants, undertaking clerical tasks such as typing, filing, making phone calls, handling emails, maintaining office stationary etc. 4) Preparing statutory accounts. Calculating & checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct. Make ESIC, PF, MSEB etc & other payments, on-line. 5) Prepare basic Computation of Salary & send to HO. 6) Make Salary payments to workers, etc. 7) Sending offer letters & appointment letters etc to selected candidates, arrange CV’s for any new recruitment etc. 8) Maintain discipline in office. 9) Coordinate with vendors for office work. 10) Assist seniors in other administrative work & carry out any other task as assigned form time to time. 11) Knowledge of Computer Networking, computer hardware & software is a must. 12) Assist seniors in other administrative work & carry out any other task as assigned form time to time. |
