v to analyze and release the raw / packing materials and finished goods rubber and plastic as  per methods / sops and maintain the records and inform the results to Q.A manager. v identification of inspection and test status at laboratory.  v to maintain high standards of house keeping/ safety in laboratory. v implementation of statistical techniques. v to carry out IPQC during the manufacturing stages.  v to conduct various lab test as and when required. v to give proper reports of test to higher authorities as and when asked. v to issue labels for samples and different products. v to prepare/maintain reports of QA department as per iso guidelines. v to prepare COA as per customer specified or in house standard format."

1.Execution of daily, weekly / monthly production plan. 2.        To assist Production Manager to take corrective and preventive actions based on IPC test and customer complaints. 3.        To co-ordinate with area supervisor of other department for related activities. 4.        To check the documents of mixing department. 5.        To check the GMP effectiveness & housekeeping in working area. 6.        To Co-ordinate with maintenance department for breakdown or maintenance of machine. 7.        To train the operator / helpers on related activities. 8.        Co-ordination with QA for maintaining BMR. 9.        Process control and documentation of production related activities. 10.      To assist Production manager in the up gradation and new equipment’s in the plant. 11.      To identify and procure resources requirements in production area. 12.      To identify the needs of training among the production area workman and impart the training."
