JOB PROFILE
v Understanding manpower requisition from the concerned department. v Understanding the requirement and accordingly drafting a job description and getting it approved from the concerned person. v Sourcing candidates that match the desired skills. v Screening the candidates by conducting telephonic or personal interviews as the case may be. v Encouraging the employees to provide reference for better prospects. v Arranging for technical interview and coordinating with the concerned person. v Communicating the employment status to the applied candidates. v Maintaining and updating the database of the candidates. v Doing a background verification of the shortlisted candidates. v Responsible for new hire, termination, and change of status forms with payroll. v Serve as employee liaison to assist in problem resolution with issues related to benefit deductions and pay. v Coordinate and ensure completion of employee exit interviews. Report outcome of exit interview information to management and tracks/maintains data. v Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and regulations. v Other duties as assigned.
