Candidate must be familiar with description of material used in sheet metal industry including hardware & machine spares & in order to provide the right materials required. 1)    Major responsibilities are :- ·        Receipt of incoming goods ·        Inspection of all receipts ·        Identification of all materials ·        Materials Handling ·        Packaging & labeling ·        Issue & dispatch ·        Make dispatch arrangements ·        plan & coordinate & negotiate with transporters. ·        Maintenance of Stock Records ·        Inventory Control ·        Stock Taking ·        Monthly stock statement & quarterly verify with physical stock. ·        Plan, Coordinate, Arrange & Negotiate  transportation ·        Labelling of Raw material, packing material, semi-finished & finished goods. ·        Check for damage, Shortage & prepare reports. ·        Prepare GRN, Rejection memo. ·        Send other documents to respective departments ·        Follow up for material with vendors against Purchase order ·        Arrange local purchase ·        Ensure good housekeeping ·        Make entries Bin / kardex cards promptly ·        Ensure correct accounting of stores ·        2-wheeler is must.
