JOB PROFILE
v Handle Account up to Finalization Note - Candidate should have ready to work on max software (company customize software) instead of tally software  v Annually Audited Balance Sheet / Income Tax matter i.e. 1. Scrutinizing all ledger Accounts 2. Preparatory of statutory Audit 3.Do the statutory audit and solve audit query 4. Preparing of annual audited Balance Sheet /Tax Audit details/Follow up for approval / signing and filling income tax return before 30th Sep. 5.In between any query arise from income tax department, to be address 6. Revise / Rectification to be done as per require. v Follow up with Co. Secretory for ROC Matters 1. Preparing of minutes Books, updating of minutes’ books, Share Holders Register. 2. Preparing of Annual Return, Filling of Annual Return before 31st Oct. with ROC 3. Any other compliance with ROC to be file. v Filing of Annual Return Audited VAT/GST Return 1. Preparing of Annual Data after audited Balance Sheet 2. Filling of VAT /GST Annual Return with concern Authority. 3.Doing assessment of previous year as when notice receive 4.Preparing data and submit the file with requisite Document with Assessing Officer for Assessment 5. Complete the process of Assessment. 6. Looking all Accounts activities in Organization, 7. Any other work given by the management in course of time.s
