Melting, Lining & Patching of Induction Furnaces, Laddle preparation etc.

JOB PROFILE
Responsible for: ·        Plant maintenance activities ·        Break down maintenance & Preventive maintenance ·        Maintenance work of No Bake Molding Line, Sand plant, Shot blasting M/C, Induction Furnace & Heat Treatment Furnace. ·        Maintaining and repairing the heavy machinery, plant equipment, tools and systems used in manufacturing, engineering and foundry production processes. ·        Making scheduled checks on machinery and parts. ·        Finding and fixing faults and re-calibrating instruments. ·        Oiling and cleaning machinery and parts. ·        CNC Machine Familiar (like Turning, VMC, HMC, Grinding) ·        Hydraulic Knowledge ·        Pneumatic Knowledge ·        Mechanical knowledge ( Like Bearings, Hydraulic Valve, Assembly etc..) ·        trouble shooting in mechanical problems ·        Geometry related knowledge ·        Overhauling and replacing parts according to schedule. ·        Responding immediately to machinery breakdowns. ·        Organizing routine servicing schedules. ·        Allocating work to a team of fitters or may be require independently. ·        Checking and calibrating instruments to make sure they are accurate. ·        Fitting new parts. ·        Carrying out quality inspections. ·        Responding immediately to equipment breakdowns. ·        Fixing faults or arranging for replacements to be installed. ·        Organizing teams to make sure 24-hour cover is available. ·        Monitoring, setting and maintenance of the all the Machine tools Foundry equipment. ·        The Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of hands on and core experience as anFitter Foundry Maintenancein any reputed Foundry company. ·        Education Qualification should be ITI (Mechanical / Fitter only) ·        Must have 3 to 5 Years in any Manufacturing / Casting / Foundry / Machine Shop Industry in a Maintenance Department
