JOB PROFILE
Responsible for:      ·            Perform casting repair welding on a variety of complex castings of all wieldable alloys in accord with strict requirements.      ·        Possess Mig, tig, and stick welding skills.      ·        Able to use plasma cutter.      ·        Work from drawings, X-Ray, Manual, Handbook, etc. Must be able to use ruler, scales, protractor, template, straightedge, plumb line and gauges.      ·        Use welding procedures within the latitude of customer’s specifications in order to obtain proper penetration, fusion and strength, offset distortion and maintain alignment.      ·        Able to use and read pyrometer      ·        The Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of hands on and core experience as a Foundry Welder in any reputed Foundry company.      ·        Education Qualification should must be ITI Welder.      ·        Three to Five years welding experience, thorough knowledge of welding technique, equipment types, purposes and applications, material characteristics and basic metals knowledge. Must be knowledgeable in alignment and dimensional specifications which requires a broad knowledge of welding technology in addition to considerable welding experience..

JOB PROFILE
Responsible for: ·        Responding to breakdowns. ·        To attend the electrical & electronic breakdown by plan of maintenance. ·        Regular day to day maintenance works (preventive and predictive maintenance of foundry equipment) ·        Required to undertake break down maintenance of Induction Furnace, No Bake Sand Plant, Heat Treatment Equipment/Furnaces, EOT Cranes, Shakeout Machine, Sand Reclamation Plant, Shot Blast Machine and control panels. ·        Ensuring that the breakdown is completed in short duration ·        Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance ·        Should undertake preventive maintenance in time as per plan and ensure minimum down time; ·        Should be familiar with calibration of measuring instruments and furnace calibration; ·        Ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation ·        Creating maintenance procedures ·        Experience In Induction Furnace, No Babe Sand Plant preferred; ·        Knowledge in QMS/Records maintenance will be added advantage. ·        The Candidate should have 3 to 5 years of hands on and core experience as an Electrician Foundry in any reputed Foundry company. ·        Education Qualification should be ITI Electrical. ·        3 to 5 yrsof experience of : Electric connections (Dol& star-delta),cable , different relay and switchgear for motors, AC/DC motors, Foundry equipment’s, EOT Cranes, Furnace, Pump House, Compressor, DG-Set, LT panel / Furnace panel / Molding machine & line panel / sand plant panel, General upkeep and maintenance of various electric equipment’s
