JOB PROFILE
1)    Knowledge of Handling Govt. Tenders & bid presentation 2)    E-Tendering, Online/Off line tender submission. 3)    Experience in filling RFI/RFP. 4)    Tender searching, etc. 5)    Contribution in cost and price calculation. 6)    Tender Documentation. 7)    Tender Uploading 8)    Co-ordinate with our all India dealers to support them to achieve their figures on sales. 9)    Be SPOC for our key accounts. 10)           Look after the analytical jobs such as product wise sales, Area wise sales, quantity analysis, sales and estimated closing and its follow up, etc. 11)           Collating & preparing of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly, yearly reports of Sales. 12)           Gather, compile, and verify information and enter it accurately into documents such as reports, Presentations or forms; and databases or spreadsheets. 13)           Providing reports on time bound basis as defined and documented. 14)           Delegating new enquiries to the appropriate dealers. 15)           Following up with dealers/Zonal heads for monthly projections (Mail & Telephonic). 16)           Follow up of dealers for tender updates (Mail & Telephonic). 17)           Ability to work in a team environment.
