JOB PROFILE
·        Preparation of Daily cash & Bank position, Bank reconciliation statements. ·        Preparation of data required for filing of GST Returns ·        Age wise analysis of Debtors & Creditors &Follow-up ·        Transfer fund from one bank to another ·        Checking of Sales &Purchases Invoices as per P.O. ·        Checking of payments collected and follow up for pending. ·        Updating accounting record on day-to-day basis ·        Checking Stock Enter Properly & Prepare MIS ( Sales & Purchase) ·        Checking Sales challans properly & GRN of purchase Invoices. ·        Preparing monthly T.D.S. Payable schedule ·        Monthly preparing GST Tax Report ·        Preparing Quarterly T.D.S. return in statement and then submit to consultant’s office. ·        Checking of T.D.S Certificates &follow-up for pending issues ·        Look in Administrative / Accounting & Tax matters like interaction with customers and suppliers regarding outstanding payments & GST related queries ·        Other Admin matter. ·        Assist to C.A. for Final Accounts to prepare statement for Income Tax Audit & GST Audit & Other Tax Matters. ·        Other required report for management.
