JOB PROFILE
1)    Candidate must Speak English & Hindi Fluent
2)    Must have experience in computer Ms. Office, Email Drafting, telephonic conversation, good communication skills
3)    If candidate have experience in Tally then additional advantage
4)    End to end support to operational department & function department by providing raw material and Data.( Purchase, Store, Production)
5)    Processing –
The back office handles the responsibility of processing the purchase orders mainly include arranging materials or services, tracking delivery of goods, keeping accounts, taking feedbacks and required documents, etc. Processing work of the raw material is the main responsibility of the back office executives.
6)    Data Management –
Data management refers to drafting, checking, and storing various data / documents required by the management. It includes documents related to production, maintenance, stores, Q.C., Exim’s etc. This team is authorized to gather the information, check the authenticity, design a format only for their department and prepare the documents. Executives must make sure the documents adhere to the organizational policies.
7)    Vendor Development –
Executives are expected to study the markets and. Executives keep track of different suppliers with different rates for various options. He /She hey provide feedback of market to the organization to plan the course of action for the future.
8)    Analysis –
Handover the data to concern departments which is collect. The team member analysts is data for their department MIS report. Analysis helps to bring out several alternatives to a situation and convey the advantages and disadvantages of making every decision. They provide the knowledge base data, necessary for the management to make decisions.
9)    Accounting and Finance –
The back office person has assist to account department by provide data of suppliers challan, invoices, purchase orders details and keeping payment track for prompt delivery of raw materials. Keeping track with account department to process of supplier’s accounts by weekly or monthly.
10)           Misc.-
Provide sample to suppliers or our customers, aligned with transporter for timely delivery of material. Tracking courier for invoices, challan & samples. Assist to HOD for his daily routine work.
11)           Team work when Audits are schedule. Any other work arise time to time.

JOB PROFILE
A.   Key Responsibility
1)    To be responsible for the generating new leads/enquires from national market and converting into sales.
2)    Manage existing clients and generating business from them  
3)    Regular follow up of  new and existing enquires
4)    Handling assign internal leads and converting into sales
5)    Liaising with clients and internal department to complete pre and post sales activity
6)    Handling customer’s queries and building a good relationship with them
7)    To be responsible handling for payment against sales 
8)    Performs opening and closing procedures of sales and ensuring that all tasks were completes accurately.
9)    Coordination with factory  for production status
10)           Liaising with shipping agencies and negotiation of rates, terms & conditions for Dispatch.
11)           Coordination with dispatch department for dispatch status
12)           To be responsible for attending exhibition, trade fairs and clients visits as per the business requirement
13)           Prepare monthly sales report.
14)           Coordinate and travel to Factory for Dispatch and New Developments
15)           Will have to travel to Factory for Sampling and New Developments and quality confirmation for Product
