JOB PROFILE A.   Key Responsibility 1)     Time Keeping 2)     Day to day Biometric entries. 3)     Daily MIS (Attendance) 4)     Monthly checking attendance OT hrs. 5)     Preparation of salary & getting it approved from finance head & HR. 6)     Keeping HR factory records ( leave , attendance , achievements, loan & Advance) 7)     Joining formalities, exit formalities & F&F 8)     Payments & preparations of PF, ESIC & PT 9)     Preparing necessary files for Net banking upload.
