A.   Responsibilities:- 1.     Packing- •        Supervises & Co-ordinates activities of packing workers.     •        Engage all helpers in packing products and materials for storage and shipment. •        Understand production order and quantity of  product . •        Arrange packing  material  like bubble wrap, thermacol, Etc. •        Check quality of material before packing. •        Observe   packing   operations. •        Provide training to workers and observe their performance. •        Provide weekly plan and supervise it. •        Prepare packing list as per packets for customer. •        Pass the order form for billing. 2.     Dispatch & Logistics- •        Arrange Vehicle for material dispatch. •        Co-ordinate with transporter for vehicle, customer address and transport queries. •        Load vehicle with product safety stickers and Measures. •        Co-ordinate with customer for order dispatch and other queries. •        Send dispatch details to customer by mail and co-ordinate by phone to solve problems. •        Arrange all dispatch related documents like E-way bill, material gate pass. •        Resolve problems concerning   transportation, Logistics systems or customer issues. •        File all dispatched order form. 3.     Requisite Skills:- •        Candidate should be graduate. •        Candidate must be good in MS Excel. •        Good coordination with customer. •        Soft spoken 4.     Desired Skills:         •        Good Knowledge of Mailing. •        Good Communication skill.
