JOB PROFILE
·        We are looking for dedicated, hardworking & deserving candidates for our sheet metal manufacturing industry. Candidate should be familiar & must follow all relevant procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. Candidate must be familiar with description of material used in sheet metal industry including hardware & machine spares & in order to provide the right materials required. 1)    Major responsibilities are :- ·        Receipt of incoming goods ·        Inspection of all receipts ·        Identification of all materials ·        Materials Handling ·        Packaging & labeling ·        Issue & dispatch ·        Make dispatch arrangements ·        plan & coordinate & negotiate with transporters. ·        Maintenance of Stock Records ·        Inventory Control ·        Stock Taking ·        Monthly stock statement & quarterly verify with physical stock. ·        Plan, Coordinate, Arrange & Negotiate  transportation ·        Labelling of Raw material, packing material, semi-finished & finished goods. ·        Check for damage, Shortage & prepare reports. ·        Prepare GRN, Rejection memo. ·        Send other documents to respective departments ·        Follow up for material with vendors against Purchase order ·        Arrange local purchase ·        Ensure good housekeeping ·        Make entries Bin / kardex cards promptly ·        Ensure correct accounting of stores ·        2-wheeler is must. JOB PROFILE
1.     To manufacture & maintenance of molds and tools as per requirement within time frame. 2.     To make cost effective designs for mold & gauges, fixture, jigs, as per product development & customer requirement. 3.     Modify mold & gauges, fixtures , jigs, as per product development, process changes & customer requirement by understanding the practical problems 4.     To plan and allocate the works to bottom line 5.     To procure material as per requirement 6.     To assemble and conduct the trial for the mold & other tools. 7.     To assure the first piece inspection and handover the mold to production 8.     To modify mold & tools as per customer requirements 9.     To conduct successful pilot run and get sanction from development department 10. To do the preventive maintenance of tools and molds as per schedule, in house and at vendor place. 11. To do breakdown maintenance as and when it arrives 12. To maintain the record of PM maintenance 13. Conduct new mold trail and co ordinate the issue 14.
