JOB PROFILE
1)    Establishing, implementing and maintaining the processes needed for Quality Management System. 2)    Managing, monitoring, evaluating and coordinating the Quality Management System. 3)    Reporting to top management on the performance of Quality Management System and any need for improvement including level of achievements against quality policy and objectives. 4)    Organizing Management Review Meetings. 5)    Conducting Internal Quality Audits. 6)    Ensuring timely corrective and preventive actions, follow up audits and reviewing implementation. 7)    Promotion of awareness of customer needs and requirements in the organization. 8)    Monitoring customer satisfaction. 9)    Identifying opportunities for improvement in coordination with HODs. 10)           Initiate action(s) to minimize the likelihood of the occurrence of non-conformities. (Identifying opportunities for improvement in coordination with HODs.) 11)           Responsible to implement external documents (if required) including customer specifications, API Product specifications, legal requirements.
