1)    Needs to have detailed and well learned knowledge of injection moulding machines, blow machines, PU filling, printing, moulding  & packing as well. 2)    We are into manufacturing of plastic and steel bottles, tiffins, casseroles and others which are insulated & non insulated. So an in-depth knowledge of all of the above from the same field is very important. 3)    He should be able to handle 50-70 people.
