JOB RESPONSIBILITY
1)    Responsible for Profit & Loss for the Plant.
2)    Planning, & organize and direct the organizational resources to ensure the achievement of Plant objectives.
3)    Monitoring the expenses periodically against the Plant budget and initiating appropriate measures
4)    Responsible for managing the operations Including moulding and Assembly shop.
5)    Should have handled PLASTIC Product Manufacturing Operations with Plastic Injection Moulding exposure.
6)    Responsible for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)
7)    Monitoring capacity utilization and decide on capacity expansions
8)    Assessing Out sourcing possibilities and further action
9)    Ensuring optimum inventory
10)           Ensuring Safety in the Plant
11)           Motivation & Professional Development of subordinates
12)           Ensuring harmonious relationship with employees & high morale in the PLANT
13)           Maintaining smooth relations with the customers.
14)           Executing cost saving and energy saving techniques/measures and modifications to achieve substantial reduction in Expenditures and work within the budget.
15)           Planning and effectuating preventive maintenance schedules of various Molds / Machineries to increase machine up time and equipment reliability.
16)  Aware of Lean, 5s, TS-16949, Planning, Timely Delivery of products, Procurement, and Manpower Management.

ABOUT THE COMPANY
1)    Company was established by our MD Mr. XYZ in 1992.
2)    In 1993, we started our “Tool Room” facility in Charkop, Kandivali(W). Catering to White Good Industries.
3)    From 1999, we shifted our focus to “Automobile” sector starting with injection molding facility.
4)    In 2011, we started our Injection Molding facility in Daman.
5)    In 2013, changed our company legal status from partnership firm to “XYZ Private Limited”.
6)    In 2014, we expanded our Injection Molding facility at 2 different locations :
7)    Sanand GIDC, Ahmedabadted  started catering as indirect supply to Ford. Recently Tata & Suzuki Motors Private Limited have added us as tier II supplier.
8)    Chakan, Pune- started catering as indirect supply to Mahindra & VW. Recently FCA Jeep as well as Ford added us as tier II supplier.
9)    We are ISO 9001:2008 certified for ‘Tool Room’ & TS 16949 for both of our Injection Molding facility.
