JOB PROFILE
1. Should have Sound knowledge of Induction Furnace. 2. Knowledge of Non-ferrous centrifugal casting. 3. Should able to control rejection & Responsible for all casting & post casting operations along with production. 4. Manpower planning. Knowledge & understanding of drawing & QC is an advantage. IMPORTANT NOTE -  9-FEB-2019 WILL BE  LAST DATE OF INTERVIEW , SO CANDIDATE READY FOR INTERVIEW ON  SATURDAY  ABOUT THE COMPANY XYZ is an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001: 2004 & ISO 18001: 2007 certified newly established foundry founded in 2013, manufacturing high quality Non-Ferrous Centrifugal Castings (Bronze & other Copper alloys) The castings manufactured in our foundry confirm to international standards such as IS, BS, SAE, DIN & ASTM or even special grades as per clients specification and requirements. The foundry is professionally managed by qualified personnel who have foundry experience & expertise to meet the customer demands. Our foundry is approved by IRS, LRS & DGQA (MINISTRY OF DEFENCE). We are the Specialist in Centrifugal Castings varying from 100mm to 1000mm in diameter upto 4 mtrs long & from 2 kgs – 3000 kgs in weight. We are casting all types of Copper alloys such as Tin Bronze, Phosphorous Bronze, Aluminium Bronze, Gun Metals or any other Copper alloy as per Customer specification. We have a range of horizontal and vertical spinning machines which are supported by five different capacity furnaces. Combined annual capacity of AFPL in terms of pouring weight is 500+ tons with maximum cast weight of 3000 kgs. Our extensive range of steel dies come in a variety of sizes ensuring faster deliveries. Our foundry unit is supported by testing laboratory including Spectrometer to ensure the correct chemical composition. We also have instruments to check the Physical properties in-house viz. Universal Testing Machine (UTM) for Tensile Strength & Brinell’s Hardness Tester for the hardness etc. The Unit has its own full fledged Machine Shop including various sizes of Lathes, CNC machines, VTLs to offer fully finished castings to our customers. We have already manufactured castings for the Marine & various Industrial applications and offer third party inspection including various Classification societies to our customers. Apart from above, we also have a separate warehouse maintaining stock of various alloys to deliver finished products to our customers, thus ensuring faster delivery time.
