JOB PROFILE
1)    Job Objective: -         This role is primarily responsible for design and development of automations process use in for machines production. These automations are built with machines and technology to mass produce items efficiently, safely and consistently. But before any of this can happen, a plant automation engineer needs to be brought in to set the systems in place. 2)    Principal Accountabilities: - ·        In-charge of overseeing the manufacturing process in a manufacturing plant. ·        Designing the automation machines that allow the company to produce a product efficiently without sacrificing the quality of the product itself, to coming up with innovative manufacturing ideas. ·        Automation engineer may also be in charge of installing an automation machine and making sure that all machines are operating correctly. If a machine breaks or there is a problem, the automation engineer will need to fix it. ·        Other responsibilities include training staff to use the machines, managing a team, making sure safety regulations are met and are up to date, as well as troubleshooting problems. 3)    Knowledge and skill set: - ·        3D Design software’s. 1)    Key Skills: - ·        Responsible for developing end to end design of the store (Drafting of store layouts, detailed drawings, store fixtures, etc.). ·        To conduct site visits for reiki and submitting the reports with suggestion and photography and video-graphy for capturing all views and dimensions for drawings and proposal submission. ·        Drafting the layout in Autocad 2D and get necessary approvals from the client for the store design finalization. ·        Submitting 3D views of the stores for final approval. ·        Generating BOQ and submitting the proposed quotations for deliverance. ·        Site supervision and completion of the store to extra-ordinary satisfaction of the client. ·        Internal co-ordination with Project Managers and site contractors for successful completion of the site. ·        External co-ordination with the clients for proposal submission and approvals. 2)    Other Attributes & Skills:- ·        Good Designing and Drafting skills ·        Result Oriented ·        Able to handle multiple projects at the same time ·        Team Player ·        Flexible to travel frequently (approx. 15-18 days / month) ·        MS office: MS office and emails for communication ·        Software scope 2D/3D : Auto Cad 2D/3D, Solidworks – (compulsory) ·        Software scope Rendering : Coral Draw, Adobe Suite, 3DS max with Vray (Optional, but 1 candidate required)
