Job Objectives-
This role is primarily responsible for coordination
of project support work.
Principle Accountabilities
1)
Keeping
track of Installation Expenses, generating reports, and generating
installation invoices.
2)
Maintain
Record for Visa, passport copies, presentations, Introduction letter project
completed photographs, exhibitions etc.
3)
Site
staffs visit arrangement (e. g, hotel booking, tickets, sim card etc).
4)
Arranging
Invitation from clients.
5)
Coordinating
with Client and Contractors for Site Execution travel.
