JOB PROFILE
Job Objective:         Project manager to ensure that a project design is completed on time and with competitive options on cost, that the project design objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly.         Projects are usually separate to usual day-to-day business activities and require a group of people to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives.      Project manager will himself design oversee the project to ensure the desired results are achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied. Principal Accountabilities: 1)    Manage all Design aspects of projects through detailed engineering in stipulated timelines. 2)    Project Manager to ensure successful working from Design to estimating to cost Offering to Client approvals to support field for resolving their queries. 3)    Carrying out risk assessment. 4)    Set clear goals and expectations to team. 5)    Negotiate and resolve all customer concerns. 6)    When necessary, estimate change orders for assigned projects. 7)    Manage all jobs closeout procedures. 8)    Conduct post project reviews to determine areas for future improvement. Provide coaching/counseling to team. 9)    Develop and maintain network of professional relationships within our industry. Knowledge and skill set: 1)    Prior experience in electrical Design, BOQ & Estimation, Cost Offering, Client connect for approvals, Site query resolution 2)    Strong computer skills 3)    Excellent verbal and written communication 4)    Outstanding interpersonal skills
