v Able to design mold (die casting & injection molding & jigs fixture) v Able to get the mold’s parts manufactured from outside vendor and assemble in factory or make it in factory. v To inspect the job made in the tool room or received from the vendor v Planning and estimation of the job to be undertaken in the tool room. v Basic know of VMC, Spark erosion, and other tool room machinery v Having contacts with outside vendor, who can supply material for mold, design for mold and make mold as per mold design made by him. v Able to handle tool room independently v Knowledge of 3D software

1.     Able to source buyer of fan and motor on the net& from other sources.      2.     Good communication skill.      3.     Our buyer is from refrigeration and panel industry.      4.     Able to develop and follow up with OEM.      5.     Follow up skill      6.     Able to develop dealer      7.     Having experience in participating exhibitions in India      8.     Able to travel in other states to meet OEMs (Sometime)
