v To ensure timely delivery of equipment, material & systems to support site installation works as per approved work program. v All procurement process should comply to management approved procedures and policies with respect to time, cost, and quality. v Prepares documentation for internal process as per ISO Standards. v Excess materials from sites shall be returned back to central stores on monthly basis. v Develops and maintains good relationship with suppliers and subcontractors. v Maintains company reputation & credibility by fair dealings and prompt payment. v Knowledge of working on Computer Software-s such Windows, Office ,Excel.MIS reports v Timely payment to vendors v Reduction of procurement leads time and process improvements. v Daily Work Management and co-ordination with internal user departments v Strong network with suppliers v Strong Negotiation and analytical skills v ERP or TALLY is compulsory
