JOB PROFILE
1.CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ONLY VALVE INDUSTRY 2. Develop, apply and maintain quality requirements and standards for development and manufacturing products. 3. Oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes. 4. Monitor an efficient system and record for all project activities and analyze all processes to ensure all work according to quality requirements. 5. Assist in product certification. 6. Ensure all the necessary criteria and provisions in the work orders are followed. 7. Report to management on quality issues, trends and losses. 8. Inspect incoming material (Raw material, sub contracted and bought out items) and ensure compliance to the stated norms. 9. Design and implement methods for process control, process improvement, testing and inspection and direct workers involved in measuring and testing product on the same. 10. Promote and execute quality standards, inspection processes, test methodology, quality plans, documents and reports. 11. Devise sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data. 12. Have basic knowledge of necessary standards applicable for our range of products. 13. Maintain total traceability of materials 14. Introducing and implementing Total quality systems such as – 5S, Kaizen,       Lean Manufacturing system, etc.
