1-Candidate should lead & manage the design team.  2-Candidate must have thorough knowledge of design principles of steel structures with software skills for preparation & validation of production drawings, Assembly drawings, design optimization, perform rolled & structural steel calculations as per Is & international codes. 3-To assign jr. engineers team to prepare drawings, BOM etc. To interact with sales-design team & factory to carry out task effectively.  4-To assist in new product development, reverse engineering & blue engineering.  5-To standardize storage systems components, prepare SOPs, costing data, production process plans. release production drawings based on work orders.  6-Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Design team. 7-Software Skills: Creo 3.0, Autocad 2D & 3D,MS office is a must. Exposure to Staad & Ansys will be added advantage.
