Prepare and process requisition for supplies and
equipment based on the Indent received from stores.
·
Prepare Invoice and challan for management
approval Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.

Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
·
Coordinate with the Stores department and identify
best EOQ and the lead time.
·
Monthly stock evaluation
·
Coordinate with stores, inspection, assembly, CAM
department, machine shop and vendors with whom the material is under process.
·
Follow up with accounts to release the supplier’s
payment.
·
Represent & negotiate on behalf of the company
for supply contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
·
Meets with vendors to negotiate improved pricing,
product quality, and delivery.
·
Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and
claims against suppliers.
·
Making sure that the vendors maintain time and
quality of the product.
