JOB PROFILE
To maintain breakdown targets of Machines & utilities & taking corrective & preventive actions for repetitive & major breakdowns Carrying out Preventive Maintenance of machines & Utility equipments To Monitor the EB & captive Power (DGs) & Statutory compliance with necessary Govt. Depts. & also take up Energy saving initiatives. Maintain Utility equipments like DG /Compressors/Material Movement Equipments/Cage lifts /Cranes / AC's/ UPS/ Stabilizers & co-ordinate with Electrical contractor for Plant Electrical maintenance. Planning and maintenance of spares for Machines & utility equipments. To do Kaizen/Cost saving activities wherever possible Co-ordinating for TPM activities Co-ordination with cross functional teams & Team building 1)      To coordinate for ISO/TS/EHS/Customer audits

Product Designing Our Design unit is equipped with sophisticated facilities such as computers with latest softwares including CAD/CAM for designing the products. The Procuring team make sure that the Raw Materials procured are of Standard quality. While the Marketing Team interects with our clients on a regular basis to find out if any changes are required in the product before sending it to Manufacturing.
