Important Note: candidate experience of sales in construction product like building material - cement, aluminum, modular kitchen appliance etc.

Job Details & Responsibilities  

1)    Dealing with high end client into construction industry, government sector, schools, hotels and resorts, societies etc.

2)    Managing and appointing dealer network in Gujarat.

3)    Ready to travel to different cities in Gujarat.

4)    Taking appointments of potential clients/dealers and to maximize the company's sales.

5)    Collect market intelligence and competitor’s activities and gather market and customer information.

6)    To achieve collections as per terms of order copy in order to avoid outstanding.

7)    Should able to give quotation to the client.

8)    Maintain knowledge of all product and service offerings of the company.

9)    Follow company guidelines and procedures for acquisition of customers.

10)           To identify product improvements or new products by remaining present on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.                      

Skills:

a)     Should be Presentable, competitive and confident.

b)    Should be focused on delivering the best for their respective companies.

c)     Should be able to take initiatives and work on their own to achieve targets.

d)    Be a good team player.

e)     Should have good knowledge of the industry.

f)      Good written and verbal communication skills (Gujarati, Hindi, and English)

g)     Well versed with MS office

Job Details & Responsibilities  

1)    Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing    important documents and communicating relevant information.

2)    Maintain and follow up the Enquiries data.

3)    Handling North Region.

4)    Preparing Quotation as per requirement by sales team and forwarding Quotations to the clients.

5)    Preparation of Technical Specification as per requirements of clients.

6)    Filling up Order Check List - when order received from client.

7)    Preparing Sales Work Orders and forwarding it to the operations dept. along with necessary documents req.

8)    Making Sales entries for the internal records, briefing total sales.

9)    Maintaining Records of the Prospects of the Executive Team of North Region.

10)           Co-ordination with Accounts Department regarding Invoices, Bank Guarantees, Payment, etc.

11)           Follow-up with clients for payment via email and maintain record.

12)           Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or sales kit.

13)           Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.

14)           Inform clients of unforeseen delays in back office work if any.

15)           Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.

16)           Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events.

17)           Ensure adherence to systems.

18)           Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.

19)           Maintain and update customer databases and prospects in soft copy.

20)           Preparation of Layout Information form, if require.

21)           Co-ordinating with Executives/clients for order related queries, PO related correspondence, Bank Guarantee, Despatch of material.

22)           All other support and administrative activities as needed and which will be assigned by respective HOD/ Management on time to time basis.

23)           Follow up or calling to the enquiry received from various sources: - Indiamart, websites, or any other sources.
