Revise / Rectification to be done as per require. v Follow up with Co. Secretory for ROC Matters 1. Preparing of minutes Books, updating of minutes’ books, Share Holders Register. 2. Preparing of Annual Return, Filling of Annual Return before 31st Oct. with ROC 3. Any other compliance with ROC to be file. v Filing of Annual Return Audited VAT/GST Return 1. Preparing of Annual Data after audited Balance Sheet 2. Filling of VAT /GST Annual Return with concern Authority. 3.Doing assessment of previous year as when notice receive 4.Preparing data and submit the file with requisite Document with Assessing Officer for Assessment 5.
