Important Note-Candidate should be fluent in English. 1)    Experience of managing Plant HR that has the capacity of more than 500 people 2)    Experience in Wage Management (Compensation & Benefits) 3)    To prepare annual Plant HR Budget in accordance with strategic business objectives of the company / Plant in particular ( FTE / labour Cost) 4)    Knowledge of monthly payroll and to roll out of salaries on time, To ensure online PMS processes ( objective setting, Mid Year Review, and final Review) are completed periodically and roll out of annual pay rise/promotions on time 5)    To document & register the employee life cycle processes from induction to separation 6)    To generate various employee data reports to enable the management to understand 7)    strategize the policies according to the trend/market condition and ensure alignment with global objectives. 8)    Induction & Employee Relations, to ensure 100 % statutory compliance's at a plant as per the acts in force and to maintain the records/file returns as per the acts, to represent the company on the Legal issues in close coordination with internal/external legal entities and to manage the entire process until closure 9)    Contract Labour Management, to ensure the Contractors meet the contractual obligations effectively and to achieve the desired objectives/purpose of their contracts, ensuring Contractors productivity and compliance, talent Acquisition / Talent Management / Learning & Development, to identify, attract, assess and to hire the top talent to efficiently and effectively meet the dynamic business needs 10)           to be responsible employee career progression and growth

INKS – Maintain record of incoming special inks & ink consumption as per job) 6)    Reporting of any non conformance of raw material to the purchase manager & Director 7)    Implement corrective & preventive action of any non conforming raw material with purchase manager & Director 8)    Printing checking – Colour shade, registration of all colours, set off problem, shade variation & printing quality of running jobs & maintain the record on daily basis. 9)    CARTON MAKING PROCESS – Online checking of carton punching process, creasing process & pasting process. 10)           Maintain the record on daily basis, Arrangement of Shade Cards for Client Approval, Ensure the availability of packing boxes for dispatch goods, Maintain outer box size as per jobs & maintain record of outer box size for each client individually 11)           Properly checking of finished product goods ready to dispatch.
