NOTE - This job location is not in proper  mumbai , its out of mumbai & if you are ready to relocate in this area then there is 2BHK FLAT rent approx only Rs 5000-7000 v The incumbent should possess rich experience in Procurement, Materials Management and vendor development (Castings, Forgings, Machining, Valves, Level Gauges and fittings)  v Should be proficient in vendor development in reducing the cost and ensuring stringent quality requirements. v Should be proficient in analysing vendor capabilities & capacities to suit the required parameters. v To source new & alternative vendors and to maintain the suppliers databank at the same time. v Knowledge on sourcing material locally and/or internationally. v Candidate must know sub-contracting activities to scale-up the production v Lead time reduction through process improvement at supplier place. v Knowledge on costing will be preferred v ERP, TAXATION knowledge is must. v Ability to work individually and in team. Record & Analyze efficiency, adopt measures to increase productivity & reduce Ideal cost. 8. To monitor operational activities of assembly shop. 9. Vendor development for sub-contracting activities. 10. Defect analysis and initiating controls to eliminate the assembly defects. 11. Customer complaints resolution through corrective and preventive actions. 12. Proficient in managing the grievances in shop floor & maintaining discipline. 13.
