Job requirement: 1. Good skill / knowledge on automotives - maintenance and repair 2. Should have on-hand field service experience 3. After sales service requires to be provided at client door step on Pan India basis 4. Extensive travelling on pan India basis – 15 to 17 days a month 5. Need to carry tools & small components also whilst on travel 6. Need to adhere to company policies / stringent systems / process in customer service 7. Need to work on ownership basis without supervision (accountable and responsible)              Job responsibilities: 1.     Attend to field product complaints on pan India basis - Automotive product 2.     Ensure proper training to customers on product operation / maintenance & safety 3.     Demonstrate product performance to prospects 4.     Maintain records and adhere to company systems in attending to customer complaints ·
