JOB PROFILE 1)  Candidate should have experience in similar role and handling team. 2)   Understanding Sales Order Form and accordingly plan production along with production manager 3)   Issue Job Orders to Supervisors and monitor progress on production 4)   Monitor day to day production activities 5)   To monitor quality standards and adherence to SOP’s 6)   Quality Control and Quality Assurance 7)   Identify bottleneck and finding solution to reduce time and cost implications 8)   Assist Asst. Manager Production in all his activities 9)   Prepare Daily and Monthly production related reports 10)         Maintain Records as per ISO norms and standards 11)         Co-ordinate with multiple units for production related issues 12)         Co-ordination with sales team and updating them about order status 13)         Man management and motivation of supervisors and supporting workforce 14)         Prepare drawings on AutoCAD, as and when required 15)         Regular upkeep of shop floor and preventive maintenance of machines 16)         Undertake development of SPM’s (Special Purpose Machines). 17)         Developing new jigs and fixtures to assist workforce 18)         Preparation of various MIS reports 19)         Co-ordinate with Logistic Manager for daily dispatches.
